Today was an amazing day to say the least. We woke up and got ready for a very special visitor... JoAnn -aka- Grandma Chicken! The boys were so excited when they heard her knock on the door this morning. She surprised the boys with a present. A black and white (each) Wii Remote that you can put candy in. This toy is so cute. We have one but its all taped up from the boys playing with it so much, so they were in their glory when they saw this! Thanks Mom!
We started off our morning playing with trains. Then we played with our Fish Game. After that we decided to color. It was a blast. We sat and we talked and laughed and played it was a great way to spend our morning. On came the smocks shortly after and we began to paint. We had bird houses that needed some beautiful colors. So they started. Shortly after they started to paint, it was getting close to lunch time and while I made their lunch Grandma Chicken read the boys their two favorite books. :)
Thank you so much for everything that you do, we love you!
After the boys had their lunch I put Finnegan down for his nap and had Billy rest on the couch. We had a three p.m. appointment with a relator to look at a house. We picked my mom up on the way and we all went together since Daddy was working. We loved the house and made an appointment for later that evening so Daddy could come out and see it. It was really nice, so we shall see :)
While we were at mom's house we played and watched movies and then Daddy showed up! We played some more and then we had an amazing dinner that Nani Cindy made even though it took forever ;) It was still GOOD! Then Bill and I left in a snow storm to go look at the house so he could finally see it. By the time that we got home that evening it was way to late, the boys were sleeping and the snow was not letting up. Since we already live 45-50 minutes away, we decided that it would be best to stay here for the evening.
Wonder how much snow we'll get tomorrow?!
