St. Louis Science Center

Today we met up with my friend Crystal and her son Cameron at the St. Louis Science Center. They have the Dinosaur Exhibit and lots of cool other stuff. Billy and Cameron were terrified of T-Rex and Finn wanted a closer look. Needless to say Finnegan lost his battle of going to hang out with T-Rex because of the two others shaking in their boots. ;)

We walked around and looked at the fossils and were able to touch them. Then we felt what it was like when an earthquake hits. After a little bit of walking around and checking things out we headed over to the bridge. On the bridge you are able to see the cars passing underneath you. There are also radar guns so you are able to clock in the cars speed! The boys got a kick out of that. But the MOM's favorite (note sarcasm) was the holes that were in the bridge on the floor (covered up obviously with glass) that you could look directly down onto the highway. AHH. Even my two were hesitant to do it!
Shortly after that it was WAAYYY past lunch time so we headed down to the cafeteria. Welp, it was packed. We decided to go to McDonalds down the street instead. The boys had empty tummies and were chowing down their burgers, chicken nuggets and fries! They played for awhile then it was time to go home and have their naps.

Thanks Crystal for inviting us! We had such a fantastic time and we cannot wait to do it again!
